Built from Corporate Experience, Designed for Growing Companies
I started this practice in 2013 after over two years at one of India's large conglomerates, where I worked in the corporate secretarial function. That experience gave me a close understanding of how compliance is managed inside large organisations — the rigour, the processes, and the importance of getting the details right.
The practice was built on one principle — that the quality of secretarial work should not depend on the size of the company. Over the years, our work has spanned company incorporations, annual ROC filings, FEMA and RBI compliance, secretarial audits, and corporate law advisory — across a range of industries and company sizes.
