Documentation — MoA & AoA We draft the Memorandum of Association (MoA) and Articles of Association (AoA) in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013. These founding documents define the company’s objects, governance structure, and share capital — and need to be drafted carefully to reflect the company’s actual requirements.
MCA Filings & Registration We prepare and file all required forms with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) for incorporation of the company, including the application for the Certificate of Incorporation.
Post-Incorporation Registrations Following incorporation, we assist with obtaining PAN, TAN, and other mandatory registrations required for the company to commence operations.
